MUSICAL ENTERTAINMENT PROVIDED BY (in order of appearance:)

Mo DeBree
Mo DeBree originated with Kevin and Kelli Moss in the Spring of 1998 and made it's club debut in February 1999. Their idea was to draw together a crew of seasoned musicians acclaimed for their sound quality, not their volume level, to play standards, deep in the mix and original arrangements of blues and R&B music.

Since that time, Mo DeBree has played for many functions, both public and private, regularly netting more gigs from a loyal and ever growing fan base. The response has been overwhelming and gratifying from those who have enjoyed the band at public and private functions, including weddings, Lodge functions, parties, benefits, and the Virginia Museum’s Art After Hours program.

Mo DeBree is:
Kelli Moss - Vocals
Kevin Moss - Bass Guitar & Vocals
Johnny Morris - Drums & Vocals
Velpo Robertson - (HSHS Class of '72) Guitar & Vocals
John Holmes - Keyboards & Vocals

The BARRACUDAS
It was 1964 when the Barracudas sprang from Sandston. Mike Parker, lead singer for The Barracudas has brought bands to all the previous Blasts, and the 12th is no exception. Previous years featured Mike's bands Backstage Pass and the River Rockers, as well as the Original Barracudas.

The Barracudas include:
Mike Parker - (HSHS Class of '67) Guitar and Vocals
Donnie Thurston - (HSHS Class of '67) Drums and Vocals
Pat Gregory - keyboards
Richard Johnson - Bass and Vocals
Gary Hartle - saxaphone
